We are seeking secondary commercial and residential sites with minimum area
approx 4,000sq ft, suitable for medium-high density modular apartment housing
for key workers, students, business travellers, leisure travellers and immigrants.
Locations sought include, Key worker housing & Student Accommodation, close to universities, colleges, hospitals; Leisure sites, hotels, business travel, coastal locations; Low-cost housing, for immigrants, migrant workers; and Employee housing for large projects.
Can be installed up to three floors above ground level or raised above ground (e.g. above car parking area or above single-story commercial buildings).
